Unlimited Data For New Customers /or\ Issues with the Self Serve app?


I'm new to Koodo, and was wondering if anyone knows if they give new customers unlimited data for the first month? I checked the "self serve" app, and it insists that I've used 0/2048 mb (I'm on day 4 of this billing period). Years ago, this was common, to let new customers explore their new phones without worry of exceeding their plan, as well to help them gauge their data usage. Either the rep forgot to mention it, or the app doesn't work...does anyone know? Thanks in advance

I think it's the first 10 days only. That's how it worked for us. And it's only for new customers, I guess existing ones already know their usage.
Thanks Chris. I'm surprised the sales rep didn't bother mentioning this.
