Unable to update billing address

Hello, kindly assist to fix this glitch. I am trying to change my billing address on self-serve since couple of days, the address is found by Canada post, the page shows successfully updated, and then nothing happens. I refresh, restart, clear all cache, restart the phone even, nothing changes. 

Kindly help, it is urgent. Thank you
