I am trying to purchase a new phone/ plan and have been unable to update my billing address. When I go to my Koodo self serve profile to make the change it says the change was successful and to wait a few minutes for it to take effect but it never changes to the new address. I have tried for several days with the same result. I am trying to get a phone that's on promotion so hopefully I can get the issue resolved asap.

If it said the change was successfully but the old address was till showed up, there could be a glitch.
