Unable to log into Self Serve


Cancelled my phone plan with Koodo in 2020. Trying to log into print off my 2020 phone bills. email is correct but will not log in. any suggestions for how to log onto self serve.

If you cancelled your account more than 90 days, you can't access to self serve.

You need to contact Koodo - set up a call back or through  FB.  Mind you there will be fees to send you bill copies...

Did you try the "forgot email" or "forgot password" links to reset?
