Unable to log in to self serve

I am trying to log in to prepaid self serve. Unfortunately, I forgot my password. Whenever I type my email and press 'Forgot password' it says: 'Unable to verify your email'. What's wrong?

first time You may have input your email address incorrectly when setting up your self serve account in the first place. Did you recieve any verification emails or anything from Koodo while setting up the self serve account? If that's the case that the email was set up incorrectly then you may have to call customer service during business hours and have them fix the issue.

Also make sure you are using the right self serve.
