Unable to Log in due to Sales Agent error

I just purchased a phone with a Plan this weekend and I’ve been trying to log in into self serve. The email that it is associated with my account is wrong and even the spelling of my name is wrong. How can I fix that or get an actual agent that I can talk to. The self serve did not take me everywhere. I am unable to log into my account since the sales rep completely messed up my info.

If you're able to go back to the store you got it from they can fix it/call in to fix it ffor you.
