unable to change plan

I have been unable to change my plan. The self-service website will not fully load. I have tried on multiple browsers and devices. I have tried incognito mode and clearing my cookies. Can someone help? It seems that I'm not the only one with this issue but I don't see a real solution posted.

Been having the same problem, even late at night, so busy traffic isn't an excuse.

Is only the Mobile Services section that won’t load properly (similar to the issue reported in the other thread)?

It's just the section regarding changing plans. I can access my billing.
