unable to change address

HI there, been trying for  days to change my billing & shipping address online, as I’ve moved and am trying to order a new phone. Every time I change it in my profile it says saved, but then when I reload my profile it still shows my old address.

Can you try clearing your history/cache and/or using a new browser or device?
