unable to access self serve billing & phone plan info!


my self serve account isn't working properly! wont let me sign in from my cell & only lets me see where to change my email info when I sign in from computer! .. tried reregistering but its saying it has ,y email in the system already. help?!

Your self serve account was set up incorrectly, you need to call customer service and have them change it to the account owner.

We see this a lot.....@paul what do you mean it was set up incorrectly? Who is doing what that these things get messed up? It should be easy.

It was set up as an account manager (might not be the correct name for it) not account owner so one can only keep track of their use but not make changes ect.
