I have 2 users registered under same account. I am trying to see available phones after logging in to my self serve. A modal appears that wants me to select the user. Once I select the user page goes inaccessible and there is small blue box in the middle with no text and no way to go forward. I have tried it on chrome and firefox. Tried cleaning browsing data. Same result. What can I do about it?

Yes it is the same issue. I get the same blue screen if I access it through phone. On laptop its a small blue box.
