Trying to reset password

Hello, I received an email about reactivating my phone and getting 10% off my bill. I tried doing this and it kicked me out. I have asked multiple times for a password reset, they said it would come to me via email and hasn’t . Now I am locked out and says I need to contact administrator….. I have been trying to do this!!!

Sorry for this situation. Have you tried clearing your browser history? Also, you can try using another browser.
