Trying to change my plan through mobile services, but mobile services is currently not working.


I can view my plan but when I click to change it, Mobile services crashes giving me this message:

Oops!

Something went wrong. Don't worry, we're working to fix it. Please try again.

 

How else can I change my plan?

Yes, it gets stuck in a loading state then breaks outputting that message.
