Trying to buy a new phone online. At checkout, I get the message "Whoops! Something went wrong. Try again."

I tried again, many times, and I always get the same message.

What now?

It is tough to know from your little description. Can you tell more about the phone/tab/rateplan that you chose? here is their link about online order https://www.koodomobile.com/help/ordering-online.

Also, if you can provide some screenshot about the error, then it would be helpful.
Pixel 3, small tab, 55$/month rateplan.

I did it from my current phone. Couldn't make it work on a win10/chrome.

I would suggest you try again tomorrow and/or with different devices. It could be issues with internet/devices.

The most common problem with online ordering is the credit card and shipping address. The credit card address must be the same as the shipping and account holder address. Also debit card isn't eligible.
