Trying to buy a phone, my plan shows and blanks?

My current plan is $50 for 5GB, unlimited, unlimited. Koodo site is broken?

Try clearing your browser’s cache and try again.  If that doesnt work also try another browser

Your current plan is showing as "No Tab "plan.

If you want to upgrade your phone on any Tab, then you have to pick a new plan.  It doesn't matter even if your plan is over than required minimum price. It's just their system. 

What happens if you choose a new plan? Still get error message?
