Trouble with logging in my account


Hi I'm having trouble logging in my Koodo account. Everytime I login it says change your email ID and when I try to access the self serve or the other options in my koodo account it keeps telling telling me to change my email ID and even after changing it it keeps telling me to do the same.Therefore I have not been able to access my account.

Call customer service at 1-866-995-6636 from a land line or *611 from your cell phone. Self Serve would have to be reset by an agent.
