When I first set up my mobile account at a Koodo kiosk, I gave an email address, but I have never received any emails from Koodo since then. I went to the Koodo site and went through the process of setting up a self-serve account. When I log in now, the only options available are to update my email address, change my password or my security questions. I cannot see any details about my mobile account anywhere. When I set up self-serve, the only information I had to provide was my cellphone number, email address, first and last name, etc. I did not provide an account number or a PIN (which I was never given the opportunity to create, anyway). For these reasons, I am wondering whether my self-serve account is linked with my actual mobile account. I think my first bill will be due in the coming week, and I'm not sure what I should do.
