trouble porting number from freedom mobile

Im trying to port my number from freedom to koodo.   I used my name as spelled from my freedom invoice and account number but i keep getting an error message when i try to continue.  
 

any insights?

I would double check everything carefully again and try it again.

Just to make sure, don’t enter all field, you only need the PIN and account number. Don’t put IMEI in, if you already had the PIN.

If that doesn’t work you can contact their porting center during business hours at +1844.232.7678 and ask someone there to assist.

Was there any specific error? or it just showed a generic one?

Have you received a text from Freedom to confirm the port https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo

I have not received a txt from freedom.   I cant get the koodo page to complete the final step.  I get a general error.
