Im trying to port my number from freedom to koodo. I used my name as spelled from my freedom invoice and account number but i keep getting an error message when i try to continue.

I would double check everything carefully again and try it again.
Just to make sure, don’t enter all field, you only need the PIN and account number. Don’t put IMEI in, if you already had the PIN.
If that doesn’t work you can contact their porting center during business hours at +1844.232.7678 and ask someone there to assist.
