trouble accessing self serve

I am trying to log into my self serve account although it keeps saying there is another email that is linked to my account and that owner of the email needs to confirm the email address. I dont ever recall having two email addresses linked to my account, how do i fix this?

did you try ergistereing before receiving the activation e-mail Koodo sent you?
