Transferring phone from Telus to Koodoo

I am trying to transfer my Telus phone number to Koodoo but I get an error telling me I can’t transfer my phone for 14 days?  Am I missing something?

It’s an error that’s getting fixed. You’ll need to schedule a callback using the Koodo's Digital Asistant : http://koodo.ca.ada.support/chat/?language=en

You have to ask it specifically for a callback. Or try calling 1-844-232-7678 as that'd the number for the porting team.
