Hi i just received my new phone, but when i go to transfer my old number i cant even do it. i see this message ‘Transfer status: We are having a problem transfering your number. The transfer request for 514-222-8*** was cancelled.’ the number 222-8*** is the number koodo gave me before i transfer mine so i dont know what all this really means… can someone help ? thanks

Was your account address in Quebec? or your phone line was a landline?
Anyway, If you saw the message, you need a rep to assist you. I would suggest you send message to Koodo facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo and ask a rep there to complete the porting.
