I consumed all of my data and I want to top up but the problem is, I consumed it all ahead of expiring date of my load. What should I do then?

You can top up your data directly from your Koodo phone with these two options:
1.    Reply with keyword “YES” to 5337 to use your plan’s data pay-per-use rate.
2.    Reply with keyword “12YES” to add 300MB of data top-up for $12 and “22YES” to add 1GB 

You can add a monthly add-on that will give you an additional 1GB of data for $15 every month.
To get this add-on, just send a text message with "15DATA" to the number 7780

I dont understand the problem.  Why cant you top up?  What do you mean when you say
