They don't like my e-mail address! :(


Trying hard to pay my first koodo bill online & all I get, no matter what I type in, is....... please enter your new e-mail address!! I DON'T have another e-mail addie! I just desperately want to pay my %$#@*&^ bill.... sorry, it's been 2 days of this, anyone have the same experience? How did you fix it?

I had this experience when I first got into paying my bills online. First off, are you on Koodo Prepaid Service or Monthly Service? Depending on that, I have seen many customers trying to log in in Self Serve instead of Prepaid self serve. And the other way around, some people were logging into prepaid self serve when what they needed was normal self serve. Just check on that. After, its easy! Just make a new simple account like a Gmail account and use that to get access to your bills online. If you feel uncomfortable doing this act, I would just recommend calling Koodo customer service:) Hope this helps:)

I'd recommend getting the issue fixed by calling Koodo rather than going through the process of creating another email address. Though everyone should have at least two email addresses with different providers so you can use one to act as a backup to the other.

Call customer service *611 from your phone. They will fix your self serve acount no problem. Also, if you want to pay your bill online, you can do it through online banking . Login to your online banking and make Koodo as payee. It takes a couple of days to process, but it's a easy way to your bill too.
