The Koodo App does not work to see usage or billing details 70% of time? Annoying!


Everytime I tap Koodo app on my iPhone 5 it takes ne to the page where I can tap usage and Billing info, manage add on etc.. However I can not do anything after that.. Everytime I tap Usage or Billing ut is always come up as an error message..I am not connected to wifi and am sure Am on LTE or 3G everytime this happens...

If this error message appears, try logging out and relogging back in. I used have this error too and I realized after I did that, the problem was solved. This is a common problem on the iOS I believe. For me, this error does not occur often anymore but I'm not sure about others. Nevertheless, logging in and out should fix it.
