The $45 promo plan not available on Self Serve

I tried to change my phone plan ... to the new $45 per month promo plan (with unlimited calling and 1GB data) but it's not showing up as an option on my Self Serve. That promo ends on May 3rd (and it's only May 2nd). Help please

Hi Bonita, You must pay off your tab (if any) to be able to switch to the new plans. Once the tab is paid off, contact Koodo either by using *611 from your mobile phone or going to the Koodo retail location and get them to switch the plan. Currently you can't get the new plan online. Hope this helps!

If you were already a customer before April 19th you'll need to pay off your existing tab and call customer service via *611 to switch plans. This is a temporary inconvenience until Koodo finishes building their new website.

Would i get charged the $10 service fee for calling *611 to switch my plan??

Nope, you can't do it on self serve so you won't get charged
