Technical difficulties frustration


Anyone else finding it frustrating trying to switch over phone and seeing the "Technical difficulties" message? It's been like this for over 24-hours now!! I know it's Christmas and all, but surely they could expect there to be demand following the holidays and people trying to activate new phones and/or switch to new phones.

Yes, that is frustrating, however you are the first to mention it, so I'm almost having to assume the problem might be your end (I could be wrong though!!) Have you tried another browser, or cleared your cookies?

Also, what do you mean by activating a new phone, do you mean the SIM card that comes with the new phone? If they SIM sizes are the same, all you need to do is switch it from the old phone to the new. Please share some details of what troubles you're having so we can troubleshoot you better 😃

I swapped phones to 3 different sim cards yesterday afternoon with no issues

If you're trying the actual online activation, it's disabled, so you won't be able to do that.
