Switching number from prepaid to monthly

I’ve been a prepaid customer for a while and made the switch to monthly bills. I went to transfer my old prepaid number to my new monthly plan and it came up with an error. Has anyone else had this problem.

Have you tried with another device or browser? If it still doesn’t work then send a private message to Koodo via FB Messenger or DM via Twitter to get technical assistance on the matter

Yes it is. I’m going to keep the account until the transfer goes through.

Yes definitely keep your prepaid plan active - you can’t port a number on an expired (or even suspended) account. Once the port is done, you don’t have to cancel prepaid, it’ll happen automatically.
