still waiting to be approved

Hey there, 


I recently switched back to Koodo after several years’ hiatus. I not would like to pay my first phone bill, however when I go to login to self serve, I get a message saying I am still waiting to be approved because my account is linked to a different email address? (Probably an old one of mine i no longer have access to myself). Any way around this so I can access my self serve?

Go to koo.do/SSreg and see if you can reset it from here.

If not you'll have to reach out to customer service. Easiest way would be a pm via Facebook or Twitter.
