Still Waiting to be approved

Recently joined Koodo and have tried to login to self serve many times

However I keep getting the message 

You're still waiting to be approved

Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.

You can send us a private message on Facebook/ Twitter and we will be more than happy to help you.

The Self serve is a great tool that offers you many options:

  • you can check your usage;
  • you can make payments or payment arrangements ;
  • you can change your rate plan;
  • suspend or restore your lost or stolen phone and so much more.

You will save time and money because all these changes made on the Self serve account are free.

Unless you've ever used your email with Koodo previously, you likely tried to register for self-serve before you got the activation email. Can you provide your order number here and I will flag this post for a rep to assist with resetting your account

Me too. I've been trying to register every couple of days for the past 2 months. All I ever get it your still waiting to be approved.  How long does it take them to approve you?

 

My son in law says to not to bother as he has never been able to log in it still says waiting for approval. and has had koodo for over 2 year's. Is this true? You don't need it?
