Sorry, this phone number is already in use.


I had ported over a number to a Koodo, but i ported it out to try out another provider.

However, i want to bring it back to koodo, and it won't let me port over as its still showing in the system (in the dropdown on top right, on the change number page).

How long do I have to wait? Or can this be overwritten by a rep?

You could ask a rep to do it for you. I think you can also wait for the next bill cycle, where things are reset.

Um... how many times did you port that number and what was the time frame between the ports?
day 1 port over a number to Koodo
Day 3 port out a number to virgin

Dude that is quick.  Im surprised that the port to virgin worked.  Usually I recommend a full billing cycle before porting again to ensure the port is fully complete.  

If you are testing things out, I recommend selecting a new number and only port your number over 1 time when you have arrived at your final decision.

If you port your number out, your account is cancelled. You have two options, call in to get your account reactivated or open a new account. Are you on prepaid or postpaid?
