Have you done the usual clearing cache/cookies, using it on correct web browser?

Works best on Chrome. I'm not sure where you get it's not optimized. 🙂

Koodo has stated it works best in ie and isn't optimized for chrome or ff

It is optimized for FireFox 3. Koodo has stated this.

If you are talking about the message on the bottom in self serve, I bet you they just forgot about. 🙂 It must have been there from the beginning and no one bothered to check.

A quick update on this folks! As always, we took your feedback to heart and talked to some of our IT teams. They performed a "recycle" (don't ask me what that is) and they claim the issue should be temproraly fixed with a full fix coming in October. Thanks again for the heads up!
