sim won't work on new account

just received the email to set up my new self serve account and that my sim was mailed out. I had a Koodo sim at my house so I just assumed that it would work if I used the one the I already had home, but it doesn't seem to be working is there anyway of getting around this ?

The assumption to activate is based on when you receive the Sim card being sent to you. I'm guessing that you haven't yet received your activation email.

@Mattwolf1618 Looks like you scheduled a callback for this morning already. The rep will be able to explain what the options are and if the SIM you have in your hand now can be activated or not. Hope this helps!
