Sim card activation received via Mail

Hi,

I got my application submitted for new connection 1 week back. Havent received the physical sim via mail yet. Is there is deadline after submitting the new connection request before which I need to activate the new sim card ?

"application submitted" means you tried open an account with Koodo and submitted online order?

Have you received an order confirmation email?

Yes , application submitted online through an agent, received confirmation email. Would be getting the sim soon

According to the website, sims will ship within 2 weeks so it looks like they’re a bit behind on their shipments.
