Sim Card Activation

When I try to activate the simcard  I recived with my new phone the koodo self serve does not allow me to do so. Keeps saying theyve already sent me too many verification codes - even after my very first try - and when it does send me a code and give me the option to put it in, it says error unable to process.

Somebody help me
