sim card

so I got a new phone today at koodo and I had the prepaid plan but then I had to switch to monthly client and now I have a new sim already in my phone but its not working its says not registered to a service

Try restarting your phone.

 

Also check in self serve that the sim card number matches whats on self serve

Was it activated already? Did you port over from prepaid?

Yes it was activated and I logged in online service and it shows my account yes I switched from prepaid
