Show customers the prorated airtime/data when doing the change in Self Serve

What this will do is eliminate the shock from the prorated adjustments to airtime/data usage from the current rate plan to the new rate plan. It should also show the remaining amounts from the new rate plan. It should also show the prorated costs as well as if there will be any additional airtime usage from the rate plan change as well.

It actually should. In the program we use at work, it shows us if there's a prorated charge or credit.

Data doesn't actually get prorated. I agree on the rest though.

Hmm, weird. I have seen it get prorated as well as being advised that it is.

That's funny, yesterday when I changed plans the system did show me how the change would reflect as in charges and credits. But it would be great to see how your actual bill may look once the changes are applied.
