set up self serve

I've been trying to set up self serve. This "assistant"is a joke. I never get a confirmation email. Checked my spam and inbox as well. Anyone else have this issue? About to cancel my account.

Hey @Shherbss - I have a suspicion that the email provided to us at the time of activation must have contained a typo; this would explain why you’re not getting the registration email. We can help get this sorted, but will need to authenticate you - so could you send us a private message on Facebook or Twitter?

What are you trying to use your postal code for? Are you trying to create your self serve account?
