Self service STILL down ?


Ive been trying to confirm my email for my account since yesterday and cannot due to issues with the site. Is anyone else having issues ?

Hi Stacey,

Self serve is working just fine for me at the moment, I would recommend you go through the following troubleshooting steps if it still does not work for you:
 
1)    Make sure to use a web browser that the website was built to support. These web browsers are: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer. Please note that the default browser in Windows 10, Microsoft Edge has not been announced as supported by Koodo.
2)    Clear the cache and cookies of the browser you are using.
3)    Try using a different web browser. If another browser works, it is most likely an issue with your first browser. Try re-installing and checking its built in security features.
4)    Try using a different device. If it works with another device, then there is a chance the issue is related to fire-wall or anti virus installed on the device
5)    Shut down your router for a few minutes and turn it on. If you noticed it was very warm, you might want to consider replacing it. If it’s not too warm, then there is a chance their was a software glitch with it and restarting it will solve the issue
6)    If by now your issue still persists, try using a different network such as at Tim Hortons/McDonalds or by using your mobile phone’s data connection. If it works there, then there might be an issue with your ISP.

Here are the messages im getting Unable to process request Our site is currently experiencing technical difficulties, so we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. To regain account access, call us at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or *611 from your mobile phone. It's a free call. and This webpage has a redirect loop ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I messaged them on fb yesterday and they said their web was undergoing maintenance and would be resolved by th end of the day. However, im still having issus 😕 ill give them a shout in a few hours as I don't think they are open yet xD

Has this corrected itself for you? I never had any of these issues, but that's not to say the website didn't have any issues when I wasn't on

the issue lasted about 3 days, i ended up having to use firefox and not chrome. However the selfservice is now working on chrome again. According to the koodo rep this happened 4 months ago so she has flagged the issue again.
That's the exact the same issue for me 😞

Hey Huagen! What error message are you getting? Try clearing your cookies/cache & restarting your browser. Have you already logged into your self-serve in the past? Are you clicking on the 'self-serve' Tab on our website to access it? Keep us posted!
