Koodo self serve will not allow me to remove the $9/mo. protection plan add on. Instead it refers me to a phone # which starts a chat conversation that ultimately will prompt me to go back to self serve. My local Koodo kiosk is staffed by teenagers who are only authorized to sell products and can't help otherwise. My only other possible course of action is to schedule a phone callback for $10. Koodo makes it easy to buy anything and as confusing and difficult as possible to cancel. Thanks Koodo

Koodo only charges $10 if you have them do something that you could've done yourself online. Since it's not letting you you won't be charged.
