Self-serve website down?


https://selfserveaccount.koodomobile.com/my-account/profile/link/select goes to 404 page not found. Known issue?

It's not down. Working fine for me. What were you trying to get to? Logging in works through this: https://selfserveaccount.koodomobile.com/my-account/
Not working for me, https://selfserveaccount.koodomobile.com/my-account/ redirects to https://selfserveaccount.koodomobile.com/my-account/profile/link/select which gives me a 404 not found error. Might be something wrong with my account. I have not been receiving any bills by email, only the first paper one, I'm new to koodo. I have registered, linked phone number to account, validated email address.

If you still have a difficulty to access to self serve, you can call Koodo *611 from your Koodo phone. They will help you set/fix it up for you.

This is the URL that results in a 404 for you: selfserveaccount.koodomobile.com/my-account/profile/link/select Reading it it looks like the page where profile is normally set up.The email address you have registered is the same as the one you gave when you bought the phone right?

Same problem here. Only affects new Register (ie: mine works, but setting up a family member with their account, getting 404 after email confirmation). Multiple computers, and browsers I sent an email to Koodo on Thursday (06/04) and no response
I hv been a customer for5 months and have had issues right from the start.tell ur friends to run away from koodo!!
I have been a customer for 5 months and have had problems from the start.I have waited over half an hour to speak to customer service and gave up. No replies to my email. will never use them again or recommend to anyone!!! same 404 message. cant access anything. are they just trying to get you to buy help over the phone...well you cant even do that!!! Cheap rates...cheaper customer service in fact no customer service.
