self serve url rejection

Thank you all for your help. My sim works now but I cant sign in to self assist. Url error msg??

Are you a new customer? Did you get a confirmation email when you sim started to work? 

How did you get your sim to work? Did you purchase online?

 

Were you able to sign into self serve successfully before? 

Hi. Yes new customer. A tech in self serve helped me with my sim. I have a self serve email and password but cant sign in. Url error..page not found. My phone works, just cant access self serve.

Try clearing your browser cache and try again? 

I tried clearing cache and nothing. Can you send me a link that works?

I was having problems getting into self serve.  Koodo is aware of an issue and is working to fix it for everyone.  Use the assistant to contact a rep.

I would use the self serve link on the main Koodo site.

There is a self serve for prepaid and post paid so make sure you select the correct self serve.

 

How was self serve set up for you?  Was it done at the store?  Did you get a confirmation email?
