Self-serve page only shows a green bar.


When I try logging in to self serve, it lands me on a blank page with a green bar in the middle. The only accessible page is the bill page, where I get a video, but no bill. 

I am a return customer, and I suspect this issue has something to do with that. I've tried to log into my other account, but it now says the accounts are in procceeds of being linked, and I need to wait for the approval of the account owner (which is me). I have not recieved anything that would let me approve of that second email adress.

I still can logon my selfserve, I am on Windows with both IE and Firefox. Could you try to change to another web browsers and see if it works.

Hello there,

Did you ever use the email for another Koodo account? Did you register for self-serve with the same email as you provided during registration ? If you didn't and you used the same email then send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to have it reset so you can proceed.

I suspect it has to do with the fact that you came back
