Self serve option are mostly empty


I managed to bring my father over to Koodo a week ago but his self serve is empty or leads to pages that have no information. I attached a capture of the main self serve page as well as what the "usage" page looks like.looks similar on different browsers, computers, and on mobile.
When will he be able to see his usage so he can know how much data his foreign radio app uses.

You may need to contact Koodo directly, as it seems his email is not registered correctly, giving the blank screen.

alright, will contact them on monday when i can have my dad present with me since he doesnt speak english very well.
