self serve not working?


im trying to check my usage via safari on my iphone SE, and self serve isnt working. it worked perfectly earlier today as well as every single other day, but now all it says is "Current bill cycle - 0 days" and literally nothing else? my cycle ends september 14th, too. what happened? how do i fix it?

Hi Kayla, Did you get self serve to work finally? If not try deleting your browsers History cookies and cache and try again.... If that doesnt work try a different browser.

I would contact Koodo about this. Sounds like your account is suspended or something is wrong with the email you used to sign up.
Thank you Allan.  Called Customer Service 1 (866) 995-6636 and they deleted my profile and helped me to recreate profile again to resolve the problem.  Thanks again.
