Self Serve Mobile services blue box

*****fixed used chrome browser instead of safari ******

 

 

I’m logged into self serve.  I m waiting for my sim to arrive but since I have m,y number I wanted to start the port process,   I followed the instructions.   Registered and signed into self serve.  If I got to mobile services as instructed I just get a blue box.  Happens on various devices in multiple browsers.

any ideas?

Glad you got it fixed. If you try clearning your cache/cookies on safari it should work there as well.
