Self serve email and password problems


So new to Koodo, trying to get my self serve working, I entered in my email and created a password, did the security question, all that, I go to sign in, it lets me, but when I try to check my account it tells me to enter in a new email, so I used an alternate email and made the the primary one, try going to my account again and it does the same thing! can anyone help please.

Somehow your account has been registered as a manager instead of the account owner. You'll need to call customer service to get it fixed. Takes about 5 minutes.

Actually, I believe you may have given a different email address when you bought your phone than the one you are trying to register now. That's what causes the problem.

The problem being that you're registered as an account manager 🙂

Theres not an option to choose from for the self serve.
