What is this, Koodo doing maintenance every night without informing customers that Self Serve will not work?

Number transferred after a 37 minute phone call, and now I have No Service, so another call. :nauseated_face:

Already made another 18 minute call, but looks like it was fixed by a rep "from TELUS and Koodo Support" who left a voicemail with their name, a direct number that can be called or texted, and then even replied to the text that confirmed it is working. Much better than the 3 letter team that sends a letter through FedEx.
