Save Time & Money by using Self Serve

Userlevel 1
A good way to save more money with Koodo is taking good habit using Koodo Self Serve to make changes to your Koodo account, avoid calling customer service if you want to save money in case you want to change your plan, add features, change your number etc. By doing that you'll save time & money, instead of waiting 15 minutes on line to speak to Koodo rep that will charge you some fees on your next bill.

Good advice, I'd actually like to add to that. I found that some are afraid to call in with problems, because they figure they will be charged for every call. [b]This is a myth!! Koodo will [i]not charge for calls, [i]only for performing a change that could be done in self service. Just wanted to add that to Mat's excellent suggestion 🙂

Correct Sophia, Timo suggested in another post that Koodo should think of adding that info to Koodo Prepaid IVR, I should also suggest to do it on Postpaid IVR to clarify situation to customers that do not visit this community forum

I totally agree with this, Mat. Koodo is pushing for those fees to be charged, I heard. I try to promote Self Serve as much as possible on my calls. +1

I received a little booklet that saying “Koodo Facts“ when I bought a phone at kiosk. It’s containing how the tab works, plans, Coverage, pay-per-use, etc If it's included “how to register Self serve” page and each store reps recommend it to customers, more people will know about it and use it. (I think) 😃
