Hi I am trying to change the account owner but can not find how to do it, I accessed role management in self serve but it did not give me any options to change anything. Any help would be appreciated.

You'd need to do a transfer of ownership. This will obviously require a Rep to do so. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out. They can refer you to a callback if that is required or whatever else.
