Return customer after 4 years - problems setting up account

I was with Koodo four years ago and switched to Virgin.

I’m porting back to Koodo but the email address is already in the system so it wouldn’t let me register. I did the password reset and now it says it’s pending approval?

It won’t let me in?

Have you received your koodo sim/phone?  Does the sim work?  Did you receive a self serve conformation email?


Try using Koodo assist and saying you have issues with Self serve.  When asked say it is your first time signing up
