Thank you for reading this post. I am having an issue with contacting Koodo to request for the previous E-bills that were issued before my cancellation. I understand that I could view my E-bills within 90 days after the cancellation, but I did not expect that I would need those E-bills back then. (I cancelled my Kood account in October 2019 so I can no longer access my account to view the E-bills)
Unfortunately, I did not receive E-bills through my E-mail so I do not have them in my record.
On a side note, I am currently living outside of Canada and I am afraid that the customer service will not give me a call since I no longer use a Canadian phone number. I am wondering if anyone has experienced reaching out to Koodo to request for the E-bills after the cancellation or has experience something similar.
It is very urgent so any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
